I am writing to express my thanks for the highly professional service I have
received from Anna Marten as the property manager for my 2 houses in
Arcadia. Anna took on this job from her predecessor at short notice and she
has managed to surpass my expectations as a landlord and deal with some
complex situations with the highest level of efficiency and professionalism.
At the time Anna took over, my property was on the market with Guardian. I
had recently switched from another local agent whose levels of service and
communication was atrocious and Anna’s assistance in managing tenant
issues and co-ordinating with the sales team were exceptional. One of the
