This year, the team at Guardian are celebrating 50 years of trading. First opening the doors as Nationwide Realty in 1973, the brand has gone from strength to strength as it has navigated the dynamic market and growing local landscape.
In the early 1990’s, Guardian Realty became a stand-alone, boutique brand operating from the same office building on Old Northern Road, which the Dural team work from today. Over the years, Guardian has had a few different owners and stewardships until Ben and Erica Jobberns combined forces with Stephen and Rosemarie Giacomelli taking over ownership of Guardian in 2010. Then in 2016, they partnered with Aaron and Lauren Godfrey in opening an additional office at Castle Hill, where they still thrive and lead today.
Ben Jobberns attributes Guardian’s success to long-term relationship management. “One of the greatest complements we receive is when buyers who didn’t actually purchase a home through us, return as sellers. They often tell us that they have chosen our team because of the service they received when they were looking to buy, and want potential purchasers of their own home to have the same experience.” stated Ben.
The brand has always and will always be human first, real estate second. When buying and selling a home, emotions count and personal touches are important.
Choosing the team at Guardian means you can be assured of decades of experience and innovate selling into the future. At Guardian, we continue to pride ourselves on being at the forefront of the real estate marketing revolution. Having watched the market evolve from a two-line advertisement in the local paper to today’s meta-based targeting to achieve record-breaking results, the team are excited for the next 50 years and welcome your call.
